I don't know they all sound good. I have had mine since 2008 and when I bought it there was not much difference in price and so I bought the 130 because it looked like the top of the line at time.

Some people will tell you that this type of sharper removes too much metal and they will if you use the first stage too much. Be sure to read the directions and use the first stage the first time you sharpen the knife. Then use the second stage to restore the edge.
