If you mean Butcher's injection (as in made in Chandler, OK) for pork and beef it should store well for a few days following mixing. I've never tried storing it long. The powder has lasted well in its original plastic bag for a bit over a year now -- I've used about 3/4 of a bag of each variety and all seems well.
