A friend at work lent me his ceramic knife this weekend to see how well it cuts competition meat-especially brisket. Anyone have any experiences to share-good, bad or ugly?

Also, any recommendations on brands, sizes, models, etc.

finally, if it turns out to be a good tool, where are good places to buy
