I am aware of the issues revolving around the health department requirements i.e. partition between bathroom/kitchen area etc. The one thing I'm looking at are costs. If you have a large trailer with living area and cooking area towed behind a truck I think your costs will actually run higher. You need a pretty beefy truck to tow such a unit. If a person were to purchase a GOOD motorhome and did the mods I think in the long run it would be cheaper. Depending on the motorhome you could already have a generator, hot water heater, shower, sink etc. Here in Florida I see motorhomes that go fairly cheap. My idea it to tow a trailer with just the smoker behind and yes, a drop down door like a toy hauler that would go over the tongue to the smoker.

Really I'm looking for pics, ideas and contacts.

Thanx,
jazzy
