over the years i have vended and worked out of several trailers keep in mind the serving window placement if you convert a motor home and are going to vend and sale food at festivals you usualy have to rent the footage so keep in mind the smaller the foot print the cheaper it is . if you want living area i think a fife wheel toy hauler is the way to go. the are lower to ground
