Here is a great suggestion for you...

Don't re-heat in the oven at anything over 150 degrees, otherwise you will be cooking a cooked piece and loseing a lot of flavor (taste)...

The best way I found is to vacuum seal any meat to store, then re-heat in an electric crockpot filled with water covering you prized possession...

Set the temp at 140-250 to re-heat... You will be pleasantly happy...
