First lets do away with the misconception that some how ceramic knives are sharper than steel. That's just not the case. The only advantage I see is that a ceramic knife will stay sharp longer, but once it's dull you'll pay plenty to have it sharpened. If you can even find someone to do it. For the most part you'll have to send your knife back to the manufacturer who may or may not charge an over the top fee.

For me the cons far outweigh the pros.
