Thanks, Andy! My hunting buddies STILL remember the very first time I made wood-fire grilled backstrap steaks with our Venison rub at deer camp several years ago. It was about a year before we officially opened up for business. However, their lasting reaction to the flavors created between that rub and a venison backstrap was ultimately what pushed me to market our rubs to the public. Good times and good memories...
