This is so good but I can't resist sharing this with all of you. I thought this was my original idea but after having done this I checked on Google and sure enough other have reported doing this.

I like pizza and my most favorite at this time, is the thin crust from Waldo Pizza in KC. The toppings I like from them is light on the sauce, regular cheese, Italian sausage, peperoni and fresh mozzarella. The only thing wrong with this pizza is the crust is a bit too chewy for my taste. We never can eat a whole pizza by design so there are some leftover pieces. Sometimes I heat up the pizza in the microwave and rarely I use the oven to reheat them, which is way better then the microwave.

The last time my wife and I had some leftover pizza I got the idea to re-heat it on the skillet. So I thought the crust would be better it I put some ICBINB in the skillet to crisp up the crust. So, I covered the skillet with a piece of foil. The result was way better tasting than the original. So now we use this method on all the pizza we get when it's fresh. I just had to tell everyone about this "fried pizza" idea in case you have not thought of it before.
