Rib Rub - Bill's
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
1/4 Cup Season Salt -- Johnny's or Lawry's
1/2 Cup Paprika - Indian Smoked Spicy
1/4 Cup Lemon Pepper -- Adams
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Blend in coffee grinder to powder. Store in air tight
container. I like ribs to turn out dark red, therefore I don't put
any sugar in the rub. I put a mild sweet barbeque sauce on
the last hour of the cook and add more smoke. Don't go over 220
Yield: 1 Cup
