A nice dry rub with a little kick and just a sticky raspberry glaze at the end, not much, not enough to make them wet, just a lite sticky glaze to caramel up with the rub. I don't mind them hammy either. Sometimes I'll cure a couple racks and cook them with a couple rugular racks so I can have a bit of both. Hammy ones work great for greens and beans and such too. And not OVERSMOKED, ruins everything!
