If it was taken from hot to fridge with no lag time I would go no more than 5 days and freeze or toss. After that if you thaw, eat within a day or 2 tops. If you have alot, freeze in small batches so you won't be tempted to keep to long. Not worth the crummy tummy it's only pork.
