Good link here, they recommend 3-4 days for cooked meat, Mayo clinic 4 days. Leftovers to be cooked to 165 in nuke or stove NOT in crock pot. OK in crock for serving and hold temps if brought to temp of 165+ first as in steam table use for food service joints.
