I agree. I had a bunch of leftover ribs in the freezer from the summer and cooked them Saturday. Everyone like the brown sugar treatment, but I couldn't hardly eat them. Less is more. I did get about 7lbs of homemade hot sausage out of the trim and 2 qts of pork stock out of the bones, so it wasn't a complete loss.
