The very first time I cooked a brisket was on a 18 in weber grill. Did the offset method while cooking. All I used to season the meat was salt and pepper. Was the best so far that I have tasted. I will admit, that I do use rub on my brisket now, but tomorrow I need to cook a brisket and think I will go back to square one and shee what I have been missing for the past 23 years.
