Been there, done that! I have a restaurant and still kept my day job, it is hard to find someone trustworthy to run your restaurant, but if you do, you will be one of the lucky ones like I did. Medical is a huge expense, it could ruin you if anything drastic (hopefully not) happens. If you can keep your job and still control your quality, it is a fun hobby. But once your hobby becomes work, and stress, then it is time to let your hobby go. I have been doing this since for close to 20 years, and it's time to sell!
