I have watched 4-5 different joints in the last several years, butcher shops to restaurants and bar and grills with 2-3 owners that hired out the help/managers where I live, ALL done in a year or two, 1 made it a bit more than 4. They all played the good life till the bank got them. One place was a bar and grill that the help stold them blind, everyone knew it, customers saw it the most, owners denied and turned a blind eye to it til the doors closed. Very sad, the previous owner now has it back via contract for deed thingy....needless to say, he's not happy about it. As said, not to be the naysayer but....think well before you leap!
