1.5 lbs shrimp 16 count if you can get them. 2 cloves garlic finely chopped, 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced, 2 tbsp fresh lime juice, 2 tbsp tequila, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped. Mix together and add shrimp. I left mine for a little over an hour. Cook however you like although it recommends grilling of coruse.
