Smoke the ones that you can. While you're loading your smoker, heat your oven to 250. Load your smoker and let it cook. After you run out of smoker space, put as much meat into your oven on a slotted broiler pan. (I can put 2 butts onto a broiler pan.) Put a 9" x 13" pan full of boiling water into the bottom of the oven, then let it cook for about 8-1o hrs until the meat is done. When you pull this meat, mix it with pulled meat that you cooked on your smoker. You'll get all your meat cooked and no one will know that it's not all been smoked...and only you will know for sure.
