Seem's all that walk do you skins on. After saying that I will tell you that the new favorite in my family is Cupcake Chicken made with skinless boneless thighs. If you do go skinless a little butter on top might help or at least spray a lot to keep them tender. Some including me have been removing the skin, "remove" the fat off the underside of the skin and rewrapping them.
By the way I had to say "Remove" instead of the real word because the was blocked by the forum computer, thought I was cussing!
