Like everyone has told you, think long and hard about this and don't quit your day job. There'e probably a reason the current owners don't want to do it. Also, in Wyo there are at least 3 snowy months nobody will even think about eating out, much less BBQ. And, unless you're in one of the "big" towns near a Sam's getting supplies (like meat) will be expensive and eat into what little margin you might have had. There are much easier and more profitable, less risky ways to go. Sorry.
