what do you think if i stack them together with bacan strips between and tie up with string and then smoke it? if i did that at what temp would i smoke and for what length of time.
or how long and at what temp would you put the stakes on the smoker or grill for them to pick up some smoke flavor. after your comments my idea now is to put them into a crockpot and cook it till tender. do think it would be eatable if i added some roasted onions and peppers and sloppy jo mix.
i need help bad.
