Ironically, "country style ribs" are the one bbq item that my wife will still eat, so I have some experience with this one...Most "country style ribs" are just sliced pork butt, so I just debone the butt (unless you have a saw) and cut in strips. Cook in oven, with a little apple juice in a covered pan for 30 min at 350 to reheat. If you smell bbq, its cooking, so you need to remove it from the oven.
