I have the SS-One, so a bit larger. I haven't found that the open stack is an issue for effeciency. The 600 pound beast will run an entire competition from 9pm to 1:30 PM at 235, then I jump the temp to burn off excess grease. All that on 15 pounds of lump is pretty effecient for a cooker with 18 sq ft of cooking racks.
