Restructrued Meat Products is actually a process that shaves the meat, similar to wood chipper or forage chopper. This is a different process than grinding where the meat is mashed. Restructured productes maitain cell structure and then you add the salt to bring out the protiens and enzymes and run it through a form and there you go mcrib or steak-ums.
