Not trying to stir the pot anymore than has been done. Where is the accountability for the teams that actually cook events? I've never been asked for an ID, never been asked who is on my team, never been asked to register at an event. Just a check list to get the meat inspected, and that is another story, when the meat inspectors can't tell the difference between a pork butt and a brisket...true story.
That was a one time experience, and not a reflection on all events.

Where is the accountability...between the organizers and the teams, and KCBS?
