Along the line of a swipe card, if KCBS would jump into the 21st century and start using bar codes to number boxes or real cheap RFID chips that alone would set up most of the front end needed to track teams and members. When memberships are new or renewed cards with bar codes on the back would be sent just like many library cards nowadays. Then all a rep has to carry is a bar code gun not to mention the benefit of a ton of info can be integrated into a bar code.
