As a promoter of several large events in CA I can certainly address some of our questions from my experience. Note I only speak for myself. First question regarding how much goes to charity. 100% of what is collected according to our agreement. If we have a 75/25 split with the 25% going to our cause they get it all. Second question who gets the credit? It is a joint effort between the cookers and the organizer and all are recognized. Third question regarding a receipt. If a cooker wants one we will provide one, maybe one in 100 has ever asked. Hope that helps.
