Jack, I'm trying to do my homework and not make a mistake because I may be marrying whatever I get. As I mentioned, I'm getting up in age, have a few health issues, not able to stay up/get up at night for long cooks anymore, and recently moved into a townhouse that has close quarters with neighbors. I don't want sparks from charcoal flying around, so I'll probably be making barbecue the best I can in the future with gas or electricity. Thanks for your replies -- appreciate it.
