I'm not very happy with the Beef Back Ribs I've purchased in the past. While I dont do competition BBQ....I do BBQ for sale...roadside.
So its important I present an attractive, tasty produce. The ribs I get are long on the bone and very short in the meat department. I have no problem cooking them....I do have a problem with how they look.....there isn't one mouthfull of meat (no matter how tasty) to be had on any one bone!
Any great ideas as to where to get them and what to look for (or better yet, what they are called?
