The problem is once you heat it up in an oven, it dries out. I would take it off the bone, vaccuum seal in one meal portions and heat it up by boiling in water as needed. Is great with eggs for breakfast. Cut it up and make ham & beans - throw in the bone you saved also. Love mac & cheese with ham.
