At Praise the Lard, I grilled up a tri-tip, toasted a couple loafs of soft crust Italian bread, sliced it thin, and put some Boar's Head Pepperhouse Gourmaise on it. One of my teammates told me it was the best damn thing she'd ever eaten. I love the stuff.
"Boar's Head real mayonnaise with a touch of Boar's Head Deli Mustard and a house blend of black, white, pink and green peppercorns. Goes well with poultry, beef, and pork."
