I agree that they are good. As you stated they were all privately funded or covered by corporations. I think what has blown up on this one is KCBS is paying and or budgeting money for this endeavour. There are people being "assigned" rolls with this initiative without those rolls being open to all of the members of KCBS. Those posts, while some made them, wasnt about just Ray not being chosen. There are many folks that are members that would have loved the opportunity, but weren't allowed because this was a done deal. Honestly Candy, i am not sure how Wayne could have voted on the motion. But that is for another argument.
I believe that growth is good over seas. We have many members who have lived there and how different it really is, as i am well aware from my travels over summers visiting relatives. We also have bbq teachers with more 'credentials' to cook classes. If we are going to do it, i just wish it was done so all could apply and have an opportunity.
