I love love love Bulldog Sauce. First had it in 1982 in Japan and it's still a favorite. Long before I got into competitive BBQ I was a devoted fan of the kurobuta tonkatsu at Maisen in Tokyo, To this day that is the most sublime pork I have ever eaten. Nothing I've had since comes close.
