Dry and moist are relative terms precipitated by the atmospherically redundant tendencies of an open/closed/leaky system to become saturated, arid, or, just uncomfortably damp in your running shoes. The capability of the odd air molecule to allow water vapor to adhere to it is transitory at best and should be attempted only by a trained carnival chef. Just remember what Dr.BBQ always says,”Humidity without the dity is just humi” and who can argue with that kind of logic?
