What's burnin' for the pre-holiday weekend......

Tonite some hot italian beef sandwiches made with roasted rib-eye roast, au jus with caramelized onions and fresh mushroom all simmered together. Some homemade sweet n hot bread and butter pickled onions and sliced cukes to accompany. Of course Cheez Whiz melted on the toasted ciabatta hoagie. Also picked up a 19 pound turkey that I will either beer butt roast in the smoker on a juice can beer butt style or will bone out for doing on the grill in pieces with some hickory for a Thanksgiving pot luck at the hospital. What's everyone else burnin' up?
