We usually just enjoy the day that we cook. Then we spend many days talking about doin' something with the oil. Then we hear it's goin' to rain and we cover it up. Later we find out that the cover blew off and a young spring bird learning to fly fell in and drown. Then we dump the oil, wash the pot, and start over.
