If you could only cook one kind of barbecue for the rest of your life, what would it be? My wife and I both love briskets, pork butts, pork ribs, and leg of lamb. Also love chicken and sausage, but I consider these to be grilled food, not barbecue. If I could only cook one thing for the rest of my life, I'd probably pick brisket, but I'm wondering what the majority of barbecue cooks would select. This is just a fun type question -- hope to get some participation.
