Rub 1/3 salt
Cook as Bob says above. At the end glaze with honey and put back on the heat for a few minutes.
This recipe was my first introduction to rubbed and glazed meat to be cooked on a Weber kettle. Recipe from a radio show guest who was from KCBS a long time ago and it changed my life. To this day I wonder who that was. Mary Ann
