Heather, I've cooked a grillion turkeys on BGEs. Cook indirect with a drip pan. Start at 375. Put bird on after being at room temp for 45 minutes. Let temp settle at 350 and plan on about 13 minutes per pound, unstuffed. Cook to 161 in the breast. Remove it from the grill, wrap it in foil. You can then wrap it in a towel and put it in a cooler for a couple of hours if you need to.
