Ribs turned out falling off the bone, tender and juicy, but not the way I or most people like them. I cooked them two hours unwrapped, then two hours wrapped, than 30 minutes open with sauce on them. When I opened the foil, they were falling apart. The lid temperature of the grill was 250 throughout the cook, and I didn't open the lid more than one time to flip, one time to wrap, and one time to unwrap. Next time, I guess I'll reduce the cooking time to 2-1-1 and see how that works.
