So i was shopping for a rib-roast for Christmas Eve, the store I was at didnt have any yet but i came across whole beef tenderloins going for WAY cheap. I decided to take 2 of those instead, avg 5lbs each. So now im doing those instead. I have never done anything at all with tenderloins. Can they be dry-aged? whole roasted? cut into steaks? WSM? grilled? any thoughts, ideas, tips would be greatly appreciated.
