I agree. I currently have three 8-lb tenderloins in the fridge that I will trim, tie in butcher string, and cook. These will be done in the oven for a couple Christmas dinner parties, but, with appropriate care they do really well when rubbed and cooked on a grill over charcoal...but, don't leave then untended. They'll overcook in a heartbeat if your fire's very hot. Enjoy your treasures. Good Q'en On Ya'. John
