It has been a long time since I have posted on here but I had to share this cool item I just got.
I have been making BBQ sauce for years at home and it seems like the bottom of the pot always burns because of the sugar content and me not stirring enough.
I recently got the Ardente Gourmet Stirrer and WOW this thing works great. No burned pot! I threw everything in the pot and turned it on and it mixed it all perfect all the way up to 185f. I also used it for pasta and it was great there also.
I am NOT associated with this company but I highly recomend this to all my fellow sauce makers and chili heads.
