I made it for a side at the restaurant. I made it 5x the recipe for a batch. That was enough to fill up 2 roaster pans. I also added chopped jalapeno, 3/4 cup of sugar and about 1/2 cup mayo. It rocks! Light and fluffy like a cross between a pudding and a souffle.
