I also like Scott's, horseradish, mustard, a few different bbq sauces, so....I put very little other than the de-fatted drippings I save from the cook and some extra broth and/or rub if needed and serve several sauces on the side. Everyone likes something a little different so I don't like to pick for them, sometimes like me, something different to dip in every bite.
