We had legs, thighs and breasts. The cook quality of all was mediochre (I know now) but the point was that you judge each on a stand-alone basis, not comparing one entry to another. As judges we cannot let our expectations and personal preferences get in the way of a fair and valid determination of taste, appearance, or tenderness of any entry -- each one is a brand new deal.
