I agree. I don't really care what it costs, and/or how much work it is. If it deserves a 2 that's what it gets. Tough if a team considers it an insult. Had a brisket turn in once that looked like flat pieces of dog s***. It got scored that way. Got a piece of salmon once. WORST thing I ever tasted. One of the few times I have discretely spit food out.
