Absolutely! "Wrong' may be putting it mildly. LIkewise, deciding before even taking a bite that you're going to judge an entry down because it has sauce/no sauce, is sliced too thick/thin, is breasts, not thighs, etc., is unacceptable. A judge who can't get passed those pre-conceived notions before at least tasting the entry should give it up. Just compete instead, so they can nurture their definition of what is "real barbecue" without screwing other teams.
