I've read back through the archives, but I just want to pick everyone's brain. I'm looking for a good dual probe thermometer that will allow me to measure meat and pit temp remotely. My budget is $100. From what I have read the Maverick ET-732 seems to bet the preferred choice, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Thanks for the input. I've got a new a 18.5" WSM and I'm trying toget ready for its maiden voyage.
